1. Chewing gum can helps maintaining healthy teeth.

2. The gum can helps someone become smarter. The expert cite that chewing gum gives positive effect to mind development, memorizing and cognitive function such as learn ability, memorizing and work performance. When someone chews bubble gum, his heart beats three times faster than someone who does not chew bubble gum. The faster his heart beats the better oxygen and glucose distribution to the brain. That’s why chewing bubble gum can increase cognitive aspect.

3. Chewing six bubble gums a day will help diet, because masticate movement can increase serotonin in brain that will suppress hungry.

4. Chewing a free sugar bubble gum containing Xylitol can reduce broken teeth and make teeth looks clean.
