In this difficult economic situation, globalization pressure, where efficiency is the key to win in competition, makes people have no choice to be in stressful and exhausted condition. This economic pressure is already creeping to the family relation and cause a problem, moreover cause the divorce.
Many employees getting bored in their job because of the job loads, sometimes, without enough remuneration. Apathetic attitude to company’s program results in application ineffectiveness of maximizing both employee and company competency.
