Who among you do not know Tom Morello? His technique on playing guitar is no doubted. No wonder if finally he won Grammy Award for guitarist, and also ranked number 26 on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time“.
Yeah, left from the blend of hip hop, heavy metal, punk and funk band Rage Against the Machine since 2001, he came back again to the band since last 2007 till now, after joined to Audislave band for five years since 2001 to 2007. Talking about his skill on playing guitar, we will never have enough time to talk.
Hey, you know what, he has unique career pathway. The first time he moved to L.A., he worked as adjutant to Senator Alan Cranston, after he had finished his degree in political science of Harvard University in 1986. Maybe you never imagine and deeply surprised if I tell you that this outspoken guitarist is the nephew of the Kenya president, Jomo Kenyatta.
We never know what our destiny is. Seriously studied the political science in Harvard University and was born in the politician family, but his career finally is in the music scene, as one of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. He started to seriously playing guitar since he still in the university, in 1984. Seriousness will never meaningless. The video game Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is one of the tributes to him.
