These ’staples’ keep you from calling room service, can even be breakfast in the morning if you are in hurry. These good rations also get you through airport waits or for meal service to begin on the plane. On long shopping trips, it is better for you to take along half a banana, hard-boiled egg or tiny wedge of cheese.

The point is never to get so hungry or you’ll be tempted to stop for a bad old snack when just the tiniest amount of ‘friendly’ food would get you by the mealtime.  You can even take club soda or a diet drink to houses where you think people may not stock these things.

Ashlee Simpson Engaged

  

Singer Ashlee Simpson (23) will get married soon with Pete Wentz (the bassist of Fall Out Boy), after they engaged this week. They were on the way to Colorado to visited Wentz’s brother, when Wentz (28) asked her to marry him. 

The Touch magazine wrote, Wentz down to his knees when asked her, and Simpson said yes. They have been dating for two years, and lately the ring on Simpson’s finger quite makes us curious about their engagement. 

Yet, there is no confirmation about the date they will get marry. Congrats for both of you!
