Eat Popcorn for Dinner
November 25, 2008 – 3:42 pmMake as much as you want, share it with some friends or relatives, and make a meal out of it. If popcorn isn’t your favorite, then eat grapes or something else easy to prepare.
See if you can eat enough of a single food to satisfy you, and allow yourself the thought that you can do whatever you want, that there are no conventions or customs to which you must strictly adhere.
See how much more time you have without having to prepare and clean up dinner. What can you do instead with this time? Can you share a massage or a good conversation? Put aside the time you normally devote to cooking for some other kind of treat, besides food.
